PlusTag is a rugged, wearable smart card in the form of a `dogtag´ that can be programmed to carry a patient´s medical record, including the most recent X-ray and ECG. The device. together with MAGIC (Medical Applications Graphic Image Compression) software, is intended to aid persons who, because of their disabilities. are unable to provide medical information about themselves in an emergency
