Abstract :
Gas-fired vacuum hot water boiler with installing a flue gas condensing waste-heat exchanger was taken as the research object, through theoretical analysis and calculation with respect to energy saving and emission reduction to the boiler which heating load was 69.78kW, the boiler thermal efficiency could be increased by 6.6% and the emissions of CO2 could be decreased by 0.34 m3/h after setting the flue gas condensing waste-heat exchanger. It had no corrosion to flue duct and no pollution to atmospheric environment after through desulphurization treatment to the gas, so the boiler had great economic and social benefits.
