Abstract :
In accordance with the slow development of the in machinery manufacturing process aided equipment management and no platform about it, an information sharing technology on the process aided equipment management is researched. A new idea about the process aided equipment management based on the networked manufacturing ASP(Application Service Provider) platform is put forward. At first, evolution status, ASP service model and trend of ASP and modular fixture are introduced. Requirement of manufacturing and application enterprises to is analyzed, as well as application and evolution status of ASP at manufacturing and application enterprises. Meanwhile, designed the macro-designed method, researching data flow charts of resource management module, item management module, product application module and resource upload module. ASP application service system for process aided equipment management is explored. It not only facilitates the development of process aided equipment management, but also puts the axe in the helve in the field of information construction.
