Abstract :
High Speed Cutting (HSC) is an advanced manufacturing process technology which develops rapidly in recent years. It is also an important orientation in machining technology. It has made significant economic benefits in aviation, aerospace, automotive, mold, high-speed locomotives and other industry applications. Therefore, far-reaching significance will be achieved in improving the level of processing technology. Shoe-last is the basis of shoe making. In NC conventional machining, the speed and the accuracy have mutual affects on each other, while HSC can solve these problems. HSC Tool System is the key part of NC Shoe-last Carving Machine and its design will influence the precision and surface quality of Shoe-last.
