Abstract :
Decomposition is an important means of simplifying complex issues, and modular decomposition is gradually applied. In this paper, a mode of Function Cell Aggregation was proposed to achieve modularize decomposition for the hierarchical system with no coupling between subsystems level system. The method and the process of Function Cell Aggregation Modularize were established. Key issues of functional tree modeling, the module division basis, the relationship between the product cost and module quantities were discuss. the accuracy and advantages of the modular decomposition were finally confirmed by a case.
