Abstract
This paper proposes a new technique for the multi-inputs multi-outputs (MIMO) system with the multiple time delays. Control design method is generalized minimum variance control (GMVC). As for MIMO system, it is assumed that time constants are different greatly each other. In this case, setting suitable sampling period in every control loop, we can reduce a lot of computational complexity keeping the effective performance.
