Abstract :
Collaborative product, development and in-house process design have been largely studied since several years giving industrialists methods such as concurrent engineering (CE), integrated product development (IPD) or dynamic product development (DPD). However, regarding rapid growth of supply chains and their impacts on firms´ functions, simultaneous design of innovative product and network of collaborators, called here the co-design paradigm, seems to be a niche of efficiency and robustness for firms. Here, we explore this idea by defining the co-design problematic by providing first results regarding logical and dynamic relationships between Innovative product design and network of partners design. In one side and the definition of a control architecture for co-design in the other
