Abstract
Literature review shows more than hundred works on supplier selection issues. However, very few attempts have been made to measure qualitatively and quantitatively supplier´s selection criteria for mass customization. Considering the growing need for mass customization, an attempt has been made in this paper to measure qualitatively and quantitatively supplier´s selection criteria for make-to-stock (MTS), assembly-to-order (ATO), make-to-order (MTO) and engineer-to-order (ETO) supply chain. In this regard analytic hierarchy process (AHP) has been used. This work also proposed that supplier´s selection criteria are highly influenced by supply chain management strategies.
