Design and deployment of a manufacturing system performance: the reactivity case

The necessity of increasing production system performances in supply chain led us to propose a specific performance evaluation system. Firstly, this communication presents a fundamental idea: to assess industrial performance, we have to design and use a specific tool called a performance evaluation system (PES).
