Abstract :
The admittance characteristics of the periodic slot array was studied, from which a new method for equivalent circuit extraction was derived. The resonance mechanism of slot array was investigated based on the circuit the parameters of capacitance and inductance. The agreement in transmission curves between the slot array and its corresponding equivalent LC circuit indicates the validity of the equivalent circuit model. And its application to the analysis of the influence of dielectric thickness shows that dielectric loading affects the equivalent capacitance, which leads to the influence on resonance characteristics.
