  • Abstract
A salting-out phase separation microextraction /liquid chromatography method was used for the simultaneous determination of three phenols in water, including α-naphthol, β-naphthol and bisphenol A. The chromatographic conditions: Diamonsil C18 column (5μm, 150×4.6 mm i.d.) was used; The column temperature was room temperature; The mobile phase was methanol / water (57:43); The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; The wavelength of UV detector was 230 nm. The effect of extraction conditions on response such as different extraction solvents, salting-out effect and pH were investigated. The optimal extraction conditions: The sample was 18 mL water; The extraction solvent was 250 μL n-butyl alcohol; The pH was 4; The quantity of ammonium sulfate was 14g. The α-naphthol, β-naphthol and bisphenol A had good linear correlation in a range of 0.0335 to 53.5 mg/L. The average recovery were 70.01% to 81.81%. The method detection limits of the three phenols were 0.4 to 3.0 μg/L.
