Abstract
By improving chromatographic resolution and Mass Spectrometry scanning method, an isotope dilution method which can detect Naphthalene, Acenaphthene, Phenanthrene and Chrysene in water samples is established. Compared with Liquid-liquid Extraction, double Purification of solid phase extraction column and Silica Gel Column is more suitable for large volume injection. Their retention behavior of solid phase extraction and chromatographic behavior have basic consistency because of the Physicochemical properties of analyte and diluent . The method gain a higher recovery and large volume injection can lower detection because of the increase of absolute amount. Its detection is 0.05ng/L-0.1ng/L.
