  • Abstract
    The redundancy of the video image in time is mainly eliminated by inter-frame prediction encoding. We established the all-zero block threshold model in different cost functions and quantization parameters by the use of a combination of mathematical and statistical methods. So, we can judge Pesky mode before the motion estimation, and we proposed the inter-frame coding algorithm optimization program of P_skip mode early decision. The experimental results show that in almost no decline in image quality, the encoding time is reduced by about 32% and the bit rate of approximately 0.675%.
