Evaluation and Selection Model of Product Service Provider Based on Ideal Point Method

By the analysis of manufacturing services and products service provider(PSP), an evaluating function was constructed by applying ideal point method, and the evaluation indices of PSP was also built. Then weight factors for the evaluation indices of product services were given by using Delphi method, the optimism solution of the evaluating function was solved. Finally, a case study was given. The result shows that using TOPSIS and Delphi can reduce subjective errors in the selection of PSP, and the evaluating result is more scientific.
