Abstract :
This paper proposed a new combined evaluation model. Firstly, it chose some different single evaluation methods to evaluate the objects from different angles; secondly, it built up a rank vector from the angle of best individual rank, this rank vector takes into account the objectives willingness fully; finally, according to this rank vector, it built up a mixed integer programming model to carry out the combined evaluation, this model is on the base of related decision-maker´s preference. The model proposed in this paper takes into account the decision-maker´s preference and the objects willingness simultaneously; it is an effective combined evaluation model.
