  • Abstract
    An improved CFCM TLM method in the time domain is described. The proposed method is used to study the thermal behaviour of thin film resistor arrays. It is shown that adequate thermal isolation can be achieved when resistor elements are sitting on isolated polyimide islands. It is further shown that the transient performance of the device is not compromised
