Abstract :
While beginning to develop overseas market, many problems emerge in oversea branches such as non-standard management and being lack of strategic planning and effective organization design. To solve the above-mentioned problems, the article designs some organizational structures based on project management for oversea branches: weak matrix organizational structure of EP independent operation, strong matrix organizational structure of C independent operation and strong matrix organizational structure of EPC integrative management. As a result, oversea branches can effectively enhance their international competitiveness, develop overseas projects and expand international market which will contribute to their long-term development.
