Abstract :
Data Envelopmnet Analysis is used to measure the relative efficiency of a set of similar Decision Making Units. In case some inputs or outputs of these units can be grouped into some categories, Two-Level DEA model is applied. Kao [A linear formulation of the two-level DEA model, Omega 36 (2008) 958-962] proposed an approach to get a linear model from non-linear two-level model. In this paper we expand this linearization method to get a linear model in the presence of weight restrictions.
