In order to improve the efficiency of the processing of Nitrification-Denitrification. We used the supernatant of activated sludge after anaerobic digestion to enrich nitrifying bacteria. Under certain condition, the enrichment culture of supernatant fluid was taken for five dynasties. Further, the seed sludge and the enriched sludge were taken respectively in to the artificial water in contrastive analysis. The results show that nitrification efficiency of enriched sludge is 10% higher than the seed sludge and the optimum pH value is about 8.0.
