After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The urban niche from multidimensional factor consists of resources and environment space and is the foundation of urban developmen. This thesis is based on that urban ecology-technology innovation is the only regulatory factor of urban niche expansion from the perspective of recycling economy. This thesis builts the urban niche expansion evaluation index system in order to reveal the support situation of urban ecology-technology innovation to the urban recycling economy ecological effect and provide reference for city technoloy innovation policy.
