Abstract :
The CMOS current-mode operational amplifier is based on a folded-cascode transresistance amplifier and uses a class AB current output stage with reduced harmonic distortion. The transresistance amplifier provides a 100 dB DC gain and a 9 MHz gain-bandwidth product. Moreover, the current amplifier achieves a THD better than -55 dB with a maximum output current of 7 mA
