After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

With the development of automobile industry in China, talents for car assessment are in short supply. To bring up talents is an essential task for universities. Through questionnaire surveys, it summed up the traits in the construction of car assessment and analysis the major problems. Combining with the talent needs of markets, it brought out strategies in teaching method, practice, teaching management and so on.
