Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Female entrepreneurship has play important part in promote employment and social stability. In China, appropriate measures have been taken to support women entrepreneurs. For example, Tianjin Women Entrepreneurship Centre has helped female entrepreneurs in three aspects. The three aspects are promotes female entrepreneurships, provide opportunities and offer skills training. It has demonstrated effect and gives us a good example.
