Abstract :
Ideal injection rate has greater influence on improve diesel combustion process and its performance. In order to realize the ideal boot-type injection rate, the paper founds mathematics model for the diesel injection system electric controlled injector, The application of MATLAB/SIMULINK software had simulation study and be got desired the desired ideal boots-type fuel injection rate. Meanwhile, analysis the injector main structure parameters on the fuel injection law influence, the effects of some important structural parameters of injector are analyzed. Results show that the main parameters of maximum plunger lift and speed, needle pre-lift, control piston diameter, boot-type valve fluid-release area and outside diameter has influence on the injection rate. The results for diesel injection system research and design provide the reference.
