Abstract :
This paper present a new Sea-of-Transistors (SoT) array, in all-digital standard 2-metal, 1.0 um CMOS technology intended for implementation of analogue-digital circuits. The SoT array and its basic cell, designed to allow a good performance of analog circuit, without using any special structure for this kind of application, is briefly addressed. Some basic digital and analog circuits were implemented using the proposed SoT structure. Simulation results are presented. The composite transistor automatic generator, a CAD tool specially targeted to the analog design on SoT, has been developed and is presented
