Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With the development of post-graduation education, colleges are recruiting more and more graduation students, so that training post-graduation research capacity has been becoming a hotspot in education circles. This paper introduces some practical modus in training the students by doing real theoretical or engineering work to enhance their capacity in research and practice. The modus discussed including training the ability for putting and analyzing questions during the courses phases, appointing a thesis or from a real engineering or theoretical project, which makes the students to have a clear target in striving, teacher´s following up guiding, which is helpful for the student to reach his anticipating target, interactive cooperation with an enterprise to upgrade the ability for students to adapt the real society situations in the future.
