Abstract :
The governing equations of micro-turbine components were built on the basis of thermodynamic analysis with MATLAB/Simulink. Combining with the experimental data of micro-turbine, the sample from the manufacture and previous researches on the variable condition characteristics of gas turbine, a high computational efficiency micro-turbine thermodynamic model was developed, which is applicable for energy consumption analysis. A CCHP (Combined Cooling Heating & Power) demonstration project in Shanghai was modified for measurements. A CAT (Computer Aided Testing) system was built for real-time data acquisition of micro-turbine under the summer and winter operation conditions. The measured key performance parameter results of micro-turbine were obtained and compared with experimental results. The results show a good agreement, thus, the validity of the thermodynamic model of micro-turbine.
