This paper analyzes in legal teaching process application cooperative teaching mode, what reasons may cause the knowledge system separated and what factors produce the phenomenon of “free-rider”. Then, the author puts forward what measures could be taken to avoid or eliminate law knowledge system separated and the phenomenon of “free-rider” happens.
