Abstract :
To meet the needs of rapidly changing roll. A factory cold rolling mill uses sliding type for Roll changing car to replacement of rolling mill roll. If the lack of stiffness in the work, Roll changing car often occurs deviation in working, Led to the replacement roll can not into the rolling mill, changing roll time can be extended. In order to get the displacement and stress distribution of frame, building a solid model of sliding frame on ANSYS. After loading for static analysis and transient dynamic analysis. Find out the weak parts of the frame by analyzing, and try to improve on the frame structure. The conclusion of the roll changing car provide a theoretical basis for further study.
