Research on the method of selecting project governance subject

Project governance, which provides a reliable management environment and platform for project management, can be defined as a forming process for establishing the relationships among stakeholders. Relationships, which include authorities and responsibilities, should be one of core issues of project governance. In fact stakeholders´ authorities should be the compensation for the responsibilities of different governance roles essentially. Based on theory of QFD, ANP and process-based project governance, this paper puts forward the selecting model for identifying project governance subject.
