  • Abstract
    A new type of two-step double-acting composite constant flow piston hydraulic pump is introduced, which based on the rotary servomotor. The primary power transmission device of the equipment is spiral bevel gear. Dependent on the spiral bevel gear, the device achieves the constant output of the flow. The principle of the hydraulic pump system is analyzed, and the output pressure formulas of low pressure and high pressure are given. The constant flow pump system reduces the hydraulic pulse and the instability of output force greatly, and furtherly realizes the highly stable operation of the system. The new type of the hydraulic pump has a good application prospect.
