  • Abstract
Evolutionary games theory, combining the new research results of bionomics, sociology, psychology and economics, is one innovation on economics method. It could supply a gap for hypothesis of ldquocomplete rationalityrdquo and analyze the resources collocation by involved parties from the hypothesis of ldquobounded rationalityrdquo. Stakeholders also have bounded rationality during the project decision. This paper studies Evolutionary Games Method and then constructs evolutionary games model for project stakeholders based on risk-benefit which aims to study the entrance mechanism for stakeholders´ taking part in projects.
