Abstract :
High-tech achievement transformation is a complex nonlinear dynamic feedback system which mainly includes five main subjects, the external environment and the input and output. Based on these elements, this paper establishes system model which is better to study the transformation process and the role of the elements. Meanwhile, the system causal relationship analysis of the elements is put forward to analyze the behaviors of the main subjects, the pulling of the external environment and the conditions of input and output, in order to make the impacts and constraints between the elements understood more easily. Finally, the restraining factors in the system are put forward to help to make policy implications for high-tech achievement transformation.
