This article discussion on how to cultivate engineering innovative talents from the aspects of the significance of the cultivation of innovative talents, training mode, innovation education, construction of talent training system. It serve as a prerequisite for training qualified applied innovative talents of engineering. Made a reliable foundation for the next formulation and implementation more perfect training programs, course system, teaching tools, teaching methods and training applied innovative talent which has practical ability.
