This paper describes the research status of process improvement. Automobile manufacturing enterprise procurement business processes of many, taking into account the time for all business process optimization may exceed the capacity of enterprises; we construct the index system, the use of AHP, the AHP software to determine the index system, weight, combined with process priority matrix identifying out to be optimized to improve key business processes.
