This paper develops a new Early Warning System (EWS) model for evaluating the identifying risk of listed companies´ merger and acquisition, based on a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation on the performance of the identifying risk of listed companies´ merger and acquisition depends on more comprehensive analysis than economic evaluation. This paper introduces a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analyzes the performance of the identifying risk, constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation form, and establishes a two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating the performance of the identifying risk of listed companies´ merger and acquisition.
