    This article described the public policy of government-funded studying abroad about coal university in the new times and give some ideas to its selection, dispatch, management, benefit in terms of the actual implementation for the coal industry demand. With a view to seize the high-level personnel training opportunity, we can do a good job for government-funded studying abroad to raise its effectiveness and achieve strategic objectives of strengthening school talent for nation and university.
