This article analyzed the present situation and problems about urban color environment in China, and the reason for the confused color environment; it presented the important landscape meaning of concerning about urban colors, taking urban color planning research on Guangzhou, Suzhou, Xiamen as examples to describe the strategy of urban color landscape planning.
