  • Abstract
Online payment is the core in the development of E-commerce. Third party payment, as a major tool of online payment, possesses not only the function of fund transfer but also the function of restricting and supervising both parties of the transaction. This paper discusses such issues as poor security, lack of supervision and lack of law of third party payment in China at present. On the basis of the discussion, some countermeasures are put forward.
