After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Based on the idea that people´s livelihood is the most important, China´s contemporary education with social reform as its responsibility mainly touches upon economic knowledge education, social problem education, creativity education and so on. Under social reform, the implementation of people´s education can help develop the subject of the livelihood, strengthen economic reform, lay a foundation for democratic and political reform, improve livelihood problem and promote the livelihood culture as well.
