Abstract :
A three level intelligent control methodology is presented for intelligent buildings. The cloning problem of controller and neuron variable structure PID controller are proposed in the methodology. The cloning scheme deals with this problem in which when the controller is moved from one place to another, it adapts to this environment. The neuron variable structure PID controller has intelligent behavior due to using ANN to adjust PID controller parameters and solves the typical conflict in nature between steady state error and dynamic responsiveness. Simulations are given to demonstrate the applicability of this scheme for buildings
