After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
In the multi-cultural background, for ethical issues of moral education, people are more suited to those who need to reflect and update the concept of morality and moral education, exposition and gradually form a new, influential ideas, need to create a new generation who have new moral philosophy, this is an important social and moral education as a carrier of the historical mission and must be completed in the new strategic challenges. The value of diversity in situations of moral education to build a harmonious society, its value is not a self-fulfilling process, but as a self-conscious process of moral education, need to be more humane, ethical, and constantly modernized.
