Notice of Retraction

This article is based on an investigation among Information Management and Information System (IMIS) students in four Chinese top universities and Simon Fraser University in Canada. We investigated their study conditions, future career directions, evaluation about major skills and knowledge, satisfaction about teaching facilities and environment. By analyzing the results of the survey, we explored the current teaching conditions on IMIS in Chinese universities, furthermore, to provide some practical advice on the development of IMIS major education for Chinese universities.
