Abstract
The fast algorithm for the solution of the major problem in the design is based on use of two models of the multiple coupled microstrips. The first model-the system of semi-empirical formulas-is used for the initial approach. The second model, based on a numerical method, is used to obtain an accurate solution. The synthesis program has been developed using this algorithm. The measured results are in quite good agreement with the results of synthesis
