Abstract
Based on the environment-person matching model, salesmen are surveyed through a formal questionnaire, and then descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and variance analysis are conducted to test the moderation effect of working contexts between the psychological contract and the job burnout. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Working situations moderate the relationship between the psychological contract and job burnout of salesmen; (2) Workload, interaction justice, and person-organization-fit moderate the relationship between the psychological contract and job burnout.
