Empirical evaluation study on competitiveness of hi-tech industry in Changzhou Area—The comparative analysis based in Wuxi and Suzhou Areas

Scholars from home and abroad have done much theoretical and empirical research on competitiveness of high and new technological industry, based on their research, this article establishes the evaluation index system on competitiveness of high and new technological industry, and uses principal component analysis in the way of factor analysis to compare the competitiveness of Changzhou, Suzhou and Wuxi area. At last this article combines the results of assessment and analysis to propose some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of Changzhou high and new technological industry.
