Reform of the basic education of OFFICE software in university

With the emergence of new situations and problems, the existing education of OFFICE software don´t inspire the enthusiasm of the students and be unable to satisfy with the professional needs. Therefore, to enforce the basic education of OFFICE software, and to enhance the ability of OFFICE software, are the important duties of OFFICE software basic education. The aims of this paper are to analyze the problems that the OFFICE software education faced and the function of every accessory of OFFICE software. Moreover, we should investigate how to reform the content and method of OFFICE software in higher education.
