Abstract
Based on managemental practice, the writer of this essay develops the Theory of Unoverlapped Circles Development. Taking management in higher educational institutes as an example, the essay explains that management is a process in the pattern of unoverlapped circles. The essay also points out that the multiple characteristics of modern management are manifested in the practice of the theory that in itself is the succession and development of modern managemental theories.
