A study of fuzzy ideals on a lattice is presented, concentrating on the complete lattice structures which can be constructed from such ideals. While the subject is interesting in itself, being neglected in the literature in favour of fuzzy ideals on group or ring structures, the intent of this publication is to provide a theoretical basis for a very important application of fuzzy ideals on a lattice
