It is the necessity of history to practice enrollment expansion and popularized education in China. Enrollment expansion has indeed brought some beneficial effects. However, Chinese mass education should base itself on the reality of China itself as well as be given Chinese characteristics, or problems will arise. This paper comments on the above matter so as to obtain a right way of reform.
